New campaign: US ecommerce brands on Shopify Plus. Angle: slow storefronts cost them sales.
The engineering side of go-to-market
We built an AI engine that finds the right companies, drafts the outreach and runs the sending, while a person approves every step. It runs outbound for our own products every day, and we are opening it to a first few companies.
It fits companies that sell to other businesses, where one right conversation is worth real money. If you sell only to consumers, this is not your tool. If you work with a marketing agency, keep them: they own the story, we own the plumbing.
No forms, no calendar links. I read every reply myself.
The conversation
You talk to the engine in a Slack channel. It does the work in the background and asks for a yes before anything reaches an inbox. Shortened here: a real campaign takes more back and forth than this.
Real order, real steps, shortened for the page. Nothing sends without your approval.
One week, from brief to inbox
You tell us who you want. A conversation, not a spreadsheet. We turn it into a precise profile of companies and roles.
The engine finds them. It searches, screens and ranks thousands of companies and keeps only the ones that fit. On one of our own runs it started from 300,000 domains and kept about 500 contacts worth writing to.
It writes the first draft. Personalized from real data about each company, with an automatic checker that verifies every claim before a human sees it.
You approve. Every list, every email, every paid data pull. We automate the pipeline, not the judgment.
It reaches out and hands you the conversation. Email goes out from the warmed look-alike domains. LinkedIn runs from a real account you own, with daily caps. Replies land with a person, sorted into interested, not now and not a fit.
Each week you see what went out, what came back and what we would change next. We do not promise a reply rate; you see the real one.
Owned, not rented
An AI agent drives the pipeline in conversation instead of a person clicking through eight browser tabs. What took us six weeks now takes one.
The engine does the throughput, you own the taste. Nothing is sent, bought or promised without your yes.
No seats and no subscription to us. The engine runs on your accounts, and when you want it in-house we install it, train your operator and hand over the keys.
The honest version
The engine is young. It runs our own outbound every day, but outside companies are new ground for it. You would be among the first, with the engineers who built it doing the work, not an account manager.
The deal at this stage is mutual. You get more of our attention than a later client will, and what you need shapes what we build. In return: real campaigns, honest feedback and, if it works, the right to tell the story.
Choose the shape
End to end: profile, infrastructure, copy, live sending. Weeks, not months.
Ongoing operation: new campaigns every month, weekly iteration, replies triaged into your inbox.
We install the engine on your accounts, train your operator, and step back. You own it outright.
Which shape fits depends on your team and your pipeline math. Email me and we will figure it out together.

I am Justin Gordon, and I have been building software for the web since before React existed. I run ShakaCode; we maintain React on Rails, open source used by thousands of applications, and we built this engine because we needed it ourselves. The same engineers who wrote it run it on our own revenue, every day. It is not a tool we resell; it is the engine we run our own business on.
Straight answers
No. Outreach never sends from your primary domain. We set up separate look-alike domains, warm them up, keep strict daily send limits, and verify every address before it is contacted. Our own mailboxes hold inbox reputation scores of 92 to 100 out of 100 under this policy.
Volume without targeting is spam, and that is exactly what the engine is built against. It screens thousands of companies and keeps the few hundred where your offer is genuinely relevant, suppresses everyone you already know, and honors every unsubscribe.
Week one is heavier: a real conversation about who you want and what you actually sell them. After that it is approvals, a short review each week, and more of your time in the weeks when we change the angle. If you want the LinkedIn channel, we also need an account you own to send from. We do the rest.
There is no price list yet, on purpose. The engine is young, and we are working with a first few companies on terms that fit each of them. What we can say: the tools underneath are inexpensive, and if the engine ends up in your house you pay for those directly, not for seats. Email me and we will figure out the shape together.
Yes. That is the third shape: your accounts, your data, and the engine handed over with training. You are never locked in.
Those sell you seats and send on your behalf, and you find out what went out after it went out. Here a human approves every list and every email before anything sends, we run the same engine on our own revenue every day, and if it works you can take it in-house and keep it.
A new sales rep spends most of their first months on the plumbing: lists, tools, inbox reputation, warmup, follow-up. The engine does that part, so the human time goes into judgment and the conversations that matter. Marketing agencies are excellent at the message, and we work well next to them. This is the layer neither of them builds.
One last thing
This page is new and the offer is young. If something reads wrong, or you would do it differently, email me. Even one line helps: what you would want it to do for your business, or where the page lost you. That feedback is worth a lot right now.
